This is the ruffled peplum jacket pattern from Burdastyle issue 10/2014 (#122A), I made it of Loden with a Camouflage print and a gray plain side, which was perfect for this cut, because both sides are visible at the ruffle. Normally I don't like Camouflage prints, but this cheerful cut softened the military-associated pattern. I made only a single-layered ruffle, double-layered would have been too bulky.
